Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If an order is not started within 72 hours of placement.
- Partial delivery: Refund for the undelivered portion if an order is partially completed
and stalled for more than 48 hours.
- Duplicate orders: If the same order is accidentally placed twice.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders that have been fully completed and delivered.
- Orders cancelled after delivery has started.
- Account bans or restrictions by third-party social media platforms.
- Drops in count after delivery (unless warranty is included in the service).
- Incorrect links or information provided by the user.
- Accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team via email at support@quickviral.com
or through Telegram.
- Include your order ID and reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your QuickViral account balance within 24-48 hours. Cash refunds to your
original payment method are available only for deposits made within the last 7 days.
